Dashboard Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the customer dashboard at dashboard.dannyclans.systems ("Dashboard" or "Platform") and of DC Assistant, our assistant on Telegram, operated by Danny Clans Media Limited ("Company", "we", "our" or "us"). "You" and "User" mean the business on whose behalf the account is opened and every person who uses the account for it, including the members of your team. "Advertising Platform" means Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google (Google Ads and Display & Video 360), TikTok, Taboola, Outbrain, Snapchat, Microsoft Advertising (Bing), MediaGo, NewsBreak, or any other advertising network we open accounts on.
By creating an account, signing in, joining a team, funding a wallet, requesting an advertising account, linking DC Assistant, or using any service provided through the Dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms, by our Privacy Policy, and by our Refund and Withdrawal Policy, each of which forms part of these Terms. Our KYC & AML Verification Policy describes the checks we may carry out under section 14.
1. Eligibility
You represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You are acting for a business, and you have authority to bind that business to these Terms. Whoever accepts these Terms in the Dashboard — the owner or a member of the team — does so on behalf of the business.
- Every detail you give us at registration and afterwards — your name, business name and address, registration documents, tax number, bank details — is accurate and complete, and you will keep it current.
- Where you give us personal data about anyone other than yourself, such as a director's identity document, the name on a bank account or the email address of a colleague you invite, you are entitled to do so and that person has been told how we use it.
- Your use of the Dashboard complies with all laws that apply to you and to the advertising you run.
We submit your details to Advertising Platforms on your behalf. An application made with wrong details is refused by the platform, not by us, and the fee for it is not returned.
2. Services
The Dashboard provides:
- A US-dollar wallet, three ways to fund it, and the invoices, receipts, statements and agreements that record every movement of money.
- Applications to Advertising Platforms, the opening and management of advertising accounts held on your behalf, top-ups of those accounts, and the return of unspent balances.
- Campaign tools for the advertising accounts assigned to you: building, launching, pausing and editing campaigns and ads on Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and Taboola (native and display); ad identity (connecting your Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts), pixels and conversion tracking, lead forms, audiences and lookalikes; landing-page tag checks; and performance reports.
- Team access, so that several people can work on one account, each with their own sign-in.
- DC Assistant, an optional assistant on Telegram that gives you much of the Dashboard in a chat, with reports, alerts and automation rules.
Features marked "beta", "pilot" or "coming soon" are offered as they are, may be available only to some customers, and may change or be withdrawn. We may add, change, suspend or withdraw any feature or any Advertising Platform integration at any time. If we withdraw the Dashboard altogether we will give you at least thirty days' notice and return your wallet balance under the Refund and Withdrawal Policy.
3. Ownership of Advertising Accounts
Every advertising account made available through the Dashboard is opened by us and remains the property of the Company or of the Advertising Platform. It is held under our business managers, manager accounts or agency accounts on your behalf.
You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to run advertising on that account for as long as your account with us is in good standing. The money you load onto it, and the campaigns and creative you run, are yours.
You may not sell, rent, share or transfer access to an advertising account to anyone outside your business without our written agreement.
Advertising Platforms decide whether to approve an application, an ad or a campaign, and may restrict or close an account at any time under their own policies. We do not control those decisions and do not guarantee that any application will succeed, that any ad will be approved, or that any account will stay open. If a platform closes an account we will help you return the remaining balance to your wallet and open a replacement where the platform allows it.
4. Campaigns You Create Through the Dashboard
You are the advertiser. Whether a campaign is built in the Dashboard, through DC Assistant or directly on the Advertising Platform, you decide its content, targeting, budget, bids, schedule and landing pages, and you are responsible for them — including the accuracy of every claim, the rights in every image, video and text you upload, the special ad category where one applies, and compliance with the Advertising Platform's policies and the law of every country where the ad is shown.
- New campaigns on Meta, Google Ads and TikTok are created paused and spend nothing until you start them. A Taboola campaign built in the Dashboard starts when you save it unless you choose Paused; one built through DC Assistant is created paused.
- Spend is charged by the Advertising Platform against the balance of the advertising account. Budgets are targets the platform works to, not limits we enforce; a platform may spend somewhat more than a daily budget on some days.
- Advertising Platforms review ads and may reject, limit or remove them. We may explain a rejection and suggest changes, but we do not guarantee approval, delivery, reach or results.
- Figures shown in the Dashboard and by DC Assistant — spend, clicks, conversions, balances on advertising accounts — are read from the Advertising Platforms at intervals and may lag behind or differ from the platform's own final figures. The platform's figures prevail.
Automation rules
Rules you set up — in the Dashboard (for example, on a Taboola account: pause or start a campaign, change its daily budget or bid, block a site) or through DC Assistant — run on their own, without asking you again, until you pause or delete them. They work on figures refreshed from the Advertising Platforms at intervals, so they may act late, and they may fail to act if a platform or our service is unavailable. You remain responsible for your spend and your campaigns; review your rules regularly.
Pixels, tags and lead forms
When you install a pixel, tag or conversion code we create or show you, or run a lead form, the data it collects about the people who visit your website or answer your form is collected for you and received by the Advertising Platform. You are responsible for telling those people about it in your own privacy notice, obtaining any consent the law requires (for example for cookies in the European Union and the United Kingdom), and handling the leads you receive lawfully.
Your Facebook connection
If you choose "Connect with Facebook", you authorise us to list the Pages and Instagram accounts you manage and to share the ones you select with our Business Manager so that ads can run in their name. We use that connection for nothing else, and you can remove it at any time with the Disconnect button on the Ad identity page, in your Facebook settings, or by asking us.
Checks we run on your pages
To help your campaigns work, we may fetch your landing pages automatically — to check that your tracking tags are installed, to review a page against advertising policies when you ask us to, and to warn you when a page used by a live campaign stops loading. These checks are a help, not a guarantee: a page that passes may still be rejected by an Advertising Platform.
By uploading creative or entering ad content, you give us the permission we need to store it, prepare it in the sizes and formats the platform requires, and submit it to the Advertising Platform on your behalf.
5. Prohibited Content and Conduct
You may not use the Dashboard, DC Assistant or any advertising account for, or to promote:
- Anything unlawful where the advertising is shown or where you are based.
- Content an Advertising Platform prohibits under its advertising policies, including deceptive, misleading or cloaked advertising, and landing pages that show reviewers something different from what users see.
- Counterfeit goods, unlicensed financial products, or any regulated product — gambling, cryptocurrency, financial services, medicines, supplements and the like — without the licence or platform approval it requires.
- Malware, phishing, or the collection of personal data without consent.
You may not give us false information or documents that are not yours, attempt to access accounts, data or systems that are not yours, interfere with the Dashboard's or DC Assistant's operation, send automated or excessive requests to either, or use the wallet to move money for its own sake rather than to pay for advertising.
If an Advertising Platform penalises an account because of your advertising — a ban, a withheld balance, a fine — you are responsible for the consequences, including loss of funds the platform withholds.
6. Wallet System
Your wallet is a balance held by us, in US dollars, for advertising-related services only. It is not a bank deposit, it does not earn interest, and it is not insured. Money in your wallet remains yours until it is spent on a service or a fee, and can be returned to you under the Refund and Withdrawal Policy.
A deposit is credited when we have verified that the money has reached us — not when you send it, and not when you tell us about it, whether in the Dashboard or through DC Assistant. Bank transfers are verified against our bank statement, card payments through our card processor, and USDT against the blockchain. Until then the deposit shows as pending and cannot be spent.
We credit what arrives. Bank charges deducted in transit, card processing fees and network fees reduce the amount credited, and the invoice for the deposit shows the deduction.
We may set a minimum deposit, a withdrawal limit, a verification requirement or a reserve period, and may change them. The current minimum is shown on the Add funds page.
7. Fees and Commission
A top-up moves money from your wallet onto one of your advertising accounts. We charge a commission on each top-up at the rate shown to you before you confirm — either added on top of the amount, so the account receives the full figure, or deducted from it, so an exact amount leaves your wallet. The summary on screen, or in DC Assistant's confirmation message, shows both figures; confirming is your agreement to them.
Some Advertising Platforms carry an application fee and each account type carries a price. Both are shown before you apply or request. A fee is held from your wallet when you apply, taken if the application is approved and returned in full if it is refused. An account price is held when you request and taken when the account is assigned to you.
Commission rates are set per account type and may be varied for your account by agreement. A change applies to top-ups made after it, never to ones already made. The campaign tools, team access and DC Assistant carry no separate charge today; if we introduce one we will tell you first and it will apply only after you accept it. Our prices and commission are stated exclusive of any tax.
8. Payments
You may fund your wallet by bank transfer, by card through our card processor, or in USDT to the address issued to you. You are responsible for all bank, wire, intermediary, currency-conversion, card and network fees on the way to us.
Bank transfers must be in US dollars and must quote the payment reference shown in your Dashboard. USDT must be sent on the network selected on screen. A transfer in another currency, or USDT sent on another network, may be lost permanently; we will try to help you recover it but cannot promise to, and we are not responsible for the loss.
Card payments are taken by our card processor under its own terms, which you accept when you pay by card. USDT is accepted as a way of paying for our services and for nothing else: we do not hold cryptocurrency for you, do not pay interest on it, and do not offer exchange, custody or transfer services. We are not a currency exchange; any conversion is done by your bank, card issuer or exchange at their rate.
9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
You agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for a deposit that has been credited to your wallet or for a service already delivered. Contact us first; almost every problem is faster to resolve with us than through your card issuer.
If a chargeback or dispute is initiated we may immediately reverse the credit, freeze your wallet, disable your advertising accounts, suspend your account until the dispute is resolved, and recover any amount already spent together with the costs of doing so. You remain liable for all legitimate charges, fees and collection costs.
10. Team Access and Account Security
The person who opened the account is its owner and is always an Admin. The owner and any Admin may invite up to twenty team members, each as an Admin or a Manager:
- An Admin can do everything in the Dashboard, invite and remove team members, change their roles, and link or disconnect the company's Telegram.
- A Manager can do everything else — including funding the wallet, requesting top-ups and refunds, and creating and changing campaigns — but cannot manage the team or link Telegram.
Each person signs in with their own email address and password; sign-ins must not be shared. Everything done by any member of your team is done on behalf of your business and binds it, and our records identify the person, or the linked Telegram account, that did each thing. You are responsible for choosing whom you invite, for giving each person the role they need, and for removing anyone who should no longer have access; removing a member signs them out at once. Nobody can change their own role, and the owner cannot be removed.
You are responsible for everything done through your account. Keep passwords to yourselves, use the two-factor option, sign out on shared computers, and tell us at once if you believe someone else has access. We will never ask you for your password. We may ask for a sign-in code sent by email when someone signs in from a device we have not seen before, and a device marked as trusted is remembered for fifteen days.
11. DC Assistant (Telegram)
DC Assistant is optional. It runs on Telegram, a service operated by a third party under its own terms, and we are not responsible for Telegram's availability or security.
Linking
Only an Admin can link DC Assistant, and a company may have one linked Telegram account at a time. Any Admin may disconnect it, and it is disconnected automatically when the person who linked it is removed or becomes a Manager. When linking, the Admin chooses what the chat may do — everything (Owner), campaigns only (Media buyer) or money only (Finance) — and we may limit how many actions it takes in a day. Within that role, whoever controls the linked Telegram account can act for your business as the Dashboard allows: check balances and campaigns, send proof of a transfer, request top-ups and the return of balances, create, pause and activate campaigns, change budgets and bids, set up rules and open support tickets. Protect that Telegram account — turn on Telegram's two-step verification — and disconnect it at once, from Profile → Telegram or with /unlink, if you lose control of it.
The Confirm tap
Before DC Assistant moves money or changes a campaign it shows you exactly what it is about to do, and it acts only when you tap Confirm. That tap is your instruction, in the same way as pressing the button in the Dashboard. A transfer proof sent in chat is recorded as a pending deposit for us to verify under section 6; it is never a credit.
Automation rules, alerts and reports
You may set up rules in chat — for example, pause a campaign when its cost per result goes above a figure, or pause campaigns at night and restart them in the morning. A rule you have confirmed runs on its own, without asking you again, as section 4 describes.
Daily and weekly reports, balance and performance alerts, and warnings that a landing page is down are sent on a best-effort basis to help you. They are not a substitute for watching your accounts, and we are not liable for a report or alert that is late, wrong or not sent.
AI assistance
DC Assistant uses artificial-intelligence models, provided by third parties, to understand what you write, read the screenshots you send, transcribe voice notes, suggest ad text, review landing pages against advertising policies and explain why an ad was rejected. AI can be wrong. Its answers are general guidance, not legal, financial or professional advice; a policy review is not a promise that a platform will approve an ad; and you must check any text it writes before you publish it, because the ads you publish are yours. The AI proposes; it never moves money or changes a campaign without your Confirm tap or a rule you set up.
Group chats
In Telegram groups DC Assistant answers only general questions about advertising and never discusses any account. Do not post account details, payment details or documents in a group. Answers our own staff give in groups may be kept and used to answer similar questions later.
12. Platform Availability
We aim to keep the Dashboard and DC Assistant available at all times but do not guarantee it. We may take them down for maintenance, and they depend on banks, card processors, blockchain networks, Telegram, our AI providers and Advertising Platforms whose outages we do not control. Money in your wallet is unaffected by an outage.
13. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend your account, hold a deposit or a refund, restrict an advertising account, disconnect DC Assistant, or remove a team member's access, immediately and without prior notice, if:
- We suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms or of an Advertising Platform's policies.
- A payment cannot be verified, or a chargeback or dispute is raised.
- A verification request under section 14 is not completed.
- A bank, card processor, Advertising Platform or regulator requires it.
- We identify a security problem or an unacceptable level of risk.
- You gave us false information.
We will tell you what we can, as soon as we can. A hold is not a forfeiture: money that is yours is returned when the matter is resolved, less anything you owe us. We may close your account for a serious or repeated breach, and your remaining wallet balance is then returned under the Refund and Withdrawal Policy.
You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
14. Compliance and Verification
We are required to know who we are dealing with. Under our KYC & AML Verification Policy we may, before opening an account, before paying a refund, or at any time, ask you to verify your identity, your business, your ownership, the members of your team, your payment method and the source of a payment. We may suspend the account or hold a payment until you do. These checks apply in the same way to requests made through DC Assistant.
We do not deal with persons or businesses subject to sanctions administered by the United Nations, the Hong Kong SAR Government, the United States, the European Union or the United Kingdom, or located in a jurisdiction we do not serve. We may check customers and payments against sanctions lists and, for USDT, use blockchain analytics, ourselves or through our payment providers; any action on a match is decided by a person and you may ask us to reconsider.
We may refuse, hold or return a payment whose origin we cannot establish, and we may report suspicious activity to the authorities as the law requires without telling you.
15. Intellectual Property
The Dashboard, DC Assistant, their design, their software and their documents belong to us. You may use them to operate your account and for nothing else. The advertising you run and the material in it remain yours; you give us only the permission we need to store it and submit it to Advertising Platforms on your behalf.
16. Indemnification
You agree to compensate us for any loss, cost, penalty or claim we suffer because of your advertising, your landing pages, your use of pixels, tags or lead forms, your breach of these Terms or of an Advertising Platform's policies, false information you gave us, a chargeback you raised, the acts of your team members or of anyone using your linked Telegram account, or your use of an advertising account — including penalties or withheld balances imposed on our accounts by an Advertising Platform because of you.
17. Limitation of Liability
We will operate the Dashboard and DC Assistant with reasonable care and skill and handle your money honestly and as these Terms describe.
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Dashboard or DC Assistant in any twelve-month period shall not exceed the total fees and commission you paid us in that period, and we shall not be liable for lost profits, lost data, lost business opportunities, advertising performance losses (including spend caused by a campaign, budget or automation rule you set, or by a rule, report or alert that acted late or not at all), the content of AI-generated suggestions, or indirect, consequential or punitive damages. We are not responsible for the actions, decisions or outages of Advertising Platforms, banks, card processors, blockchain networks, Telegram or our AI providers.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud.
Neither of us is liable for failing to do something these Terms require because of events outside our reasonable control, for as long as the event lasts. This does not excuse a failure to pay.
18. Confidentiality
Each of us will keep confidential the other's non-public information learned through the Dashboard or DC Assistant — your account details, balances, campaigns and results; our rates, processes and account inventory — and use it only for the purposes of these Terms, except where the law or an Advertising Platform requires disclosure.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
20. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR. Before starting proceedings, both of us agree to try to resolve the matter through support and, if that fails, a meeting between people with authority to settle it. Any claim must be raised with us within twelve months of the event it concerns.
21. Modifications
We may update these Terms. If a change affects your rights or obligations we will show you the new version in the Dashboard and ask you to accept it before you carry on; the version you accepted, the time, your IP address and browser, and a fingerprint of the exact text are recorded against your account, and we may rely on that record as evidence of your agreement. If you do not accept, you may close your account and ask for your balance to be returned.
When you accept these Terms, sign your service agreement, confirm a top-up in the Dashboard, or tap Confirm in DC Assistant, the record we keep of that action is your signature for all purposes. Notices to you are sent to the email address on your account and are received when sent.
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable the rest still applies. Our not enforcing a term on one occasion does not mean we have given it up. You may not transfer your account or these Terms; we may transfer them to a successor of our business and will tell you if we do. Sections 4, 9, 14, 16, 17, 18, 19 and 20 continue to apply after your account closes.

Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Danny Clans Media Limited ("Company", "we", "us") collects through the customer dashboard at dashboard.dannyclans.systems ("Dashboard") and through DC Assistant, our assistant on Telegram, why, who sees it, how long we keep it and what your rights are. It applies to the Dashboard and DC Assistant — including to people who use DC Assistant without a Dashboard account, for example to have a landing page reviewed; the public website at dannyclans.com has its own policy.
We are the data user responsible for this data under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance of Hong Kong SAR. Where you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or California, the additional rights in section 5 also apply.
1. What Information We Collect
Account Information
- Name, work email address and phone number.
- Password, stored as a salted hash and never as typed; and the two-factor secret if you turn that on.
- Business name, address, tax or registration number, and your business registration certificate, which Advertising Platforms require.
Team Members
- For each person invited to your team: name, email address, role (Admin or Manager), who invited them and when, whether they have joined, and when they last signed in. Each member has their own password and two-factor setting, stored as above.
Payment Information
- The amount, date, method and reference of each deposit, and any proof of payment you upload or send to DC Assistant.
- Card payment identifiers from our card processor. We never see or store your card number.
- For USDT, the transaction hash and the sending address as recorded on the blockchain.
- The bank account you name in your service agreement, for refunds.
Advertising Information
- The advertising accounts opened for you and their platform identifiers.
- Business Manager IDs you give us, and screenshots you upload when clearing funds.
- Every movement of money between your wallet and your accounts, and the invoices, receipts and statements that record it.
- The campaigns, ads, lead forms, pixels and audiences you create or manage through the Dashboard or DC Assistant: their settings, the images, videos and text you upload, your landing-page addresses, and the performance figures we read from the Advertising Platforms.
- The results of checks we run on your landing pages: which tracking tags were found, whether the page loaded, and policy reviews you ask for.
Facebook Connection
- If you choose "Connect with Facebook": your Facebook user ID and name, the Pages and Instagram accounts you select, and an access token, which we store encrypted and use only to list your Pages and share the ones you choose with our Business Manager.
DC Assistant (Telegram)
- If you link DC Assistant: your Telegram user ID, username and display name, and the chat ID.
- The messages, photos, documents and voice notes you send it, the transcription of each voice note, and a log of each request — what it was understood to mean and what was done. We keep the transcription, not the recording.
- Your settings (time zone, report time, alerts) and the automation rules you set up, with a record of each time a rule acted.
- In groups: the questions put to DC Assistant, and answers our own staff give, which it may learn from.
Signature and Consent
- When you sign your service agreement: the typed or drawn signature, the time, your IP address and browser, and the consent statements you ticked.
- Each time you accept the dashboard Terms, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy: the version, the date and time, your IP address, your browser identification string, how you accepted (at registration or after a change), and a SHA-256 fingerprint of the exact text shown to you. We also archive that text. Every acceptance is kept, not only the latest, and you can see and download each from the Documents page of your Dashboard.
Verification Information
- Identity or business documents you provide when we ask under our KYC & AML Verification Policy, and the result of any sanctions or blockchain-analytics check that we or our payment providers carry out.
Technical and Usage Information
- Your IP address and browser details on sign-in and on each request, the devices you have marked as trusted, and a log of actions taken in your account, showing which member of your team took each one.
- How you use the Dashboard, through the analytics and advertising tags described in section 3.
- Support tickets and messages you send us.
What you must give us, and what happens if you do not
- To open an account or join a team: your name, a work email address and a password. Without them there is no account.
- To apply for an advertising account: your business name, address, registration or tax number and registration certificate, because every Advertising Platform requires them. Applications are held until they are complete.
- When we ask under the KYC & AML Verification Policy: the documents requested. If they are not provided, the account may be suspended and deposits and refunds held until they are, as section 14 of the Terms describes.
- Everything else — a phone number, trusted devices, two-factor authentication, the Facebook connection, DC Assistant, support messages — is voluntary. Not giving it limits only the feature it belongs to.
Where you give us personal data about other people — directors, owners, an authorised representative, the colleagues you invite — you confirm that you are entitled to, and that you have told them where to find this policy. You can keep your own details up to date on the Profile page at any time, and we will correct anything you tell us is wrong.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To run your account: verify deposits, move money as you instruct, open and manage advertising accounts, issue invoices, receipts and statements, and answer support.
- To apply to Advertising Platforms on your behalf, which means submitting your business details and documents to Meta, Google, TikTok and others as part of applications you ask us to make.
- To run the campaign tools: create and change campaigns, ads, lead forms, pixels and audiences on the Advertising Platforms as you instruct, read back their performance, and check your landing pages.
- To run team access: send invitations, let each member sign in, apply their role, and record who did what.
- To run DC Assistant: understand your messages, pictures and voice notes, answer you, carry out what you confirm, run the rules you set, and send the reports and alerts you choose.
- To keep the Dashboard safe: recognising sign-ins from unfamiliar devices, unusual payment patterns, and misuse.
- To understand how people find and use the Dashboard and to measure our own advertising, as section 3 describes.
- To meet our legal obligations: keeping business and tax records, preventing money laundering, checking that we are not dealing with sanctioned parties, and responding to lawful requests.
- To tell you things about your account — a deposit cleared, an application decided, an agreement to sign, a daily report you asked for. We do not send marketing from the Dashboard or DC Assistant.
We will not use your data for any purpose not listed here, or for direct marketing, without first telling you and obtaining your express consent; you would be able to opt out at any time, free of charge.
3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Cookies the Dashboard needs
The Dashboard sets two cookies of its own: one to keep you signed in, which also protects your forms against forgery and expires after eight hours without activity, and one to remember a device you have chosen to trust for fifteen days. If your browser blocks them, you cannot sign in. The Dashboard also saves your display and sound preferences in your browser; they never leave it.
Analytics and advertising tags
The Dashboard also loads Google Tag Manager with Google Analytics 4, and the Meta Pixel. They set their own cookies and tell Google and Meta which pages are visited, from which browser and IP address, and when key steps happen — creating an account and adding funds, with the amount. When you are signed in, Google Analytics also receives a user ID: a one-way code made from your customer number, from which neither Google nor anyone else can work back to you. We use this to understand how people find and use the Dashboard and to measure our own advertising. Meta also receives the same key steps directly from our server (its Conversions API), with your IP address, your browser identification, the Meta cookie identifiers in your browser, the page address and, for added funds, the payment method; your email address and customer number are turned into a one-way SHA-256 code before they leave us, and Meta never receives them in plain text. Blocking these cookies, or using the ad and privacy settings of your Google and Meta accounts, does not stop the Dashboard from working.
The Dashboard's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and Fontshare, which receive your IP address and browser details to serve them.
4. Who We Share It With, and Do Not Sell
- Our staff, on a need-to-know basis with permissions set per role. Access to money-moving functions and to your bank details is restricted, and every action is logged.
- The other members of your team, who see your company's account according to their role.
- Advertising Platforms, when you ask us to apply, to share an account or a Page, or to run a campaign: your business details and documents, the Business Manager IDs you give us, and the campaigns, creative, targeting, lead forms and landing pages you create. They send back the performance figures we show you.
- Payment providers: our card processor (currently Stripe) receives what a card payment needs; our USDT payment provider (currently OSL) sees transactions to the addresses it issues for you and may carry out its own blockchain-analytics and sanctions screening of the sending address; our banking provider (currently Airwallex) sees incoming transfers and their remitter details. Each has its own privacy policy for data it holds in its own right.
- Telegram, which carries every message between you and DC Assistant under its own privacy policy.
- Our AI provider (currently Anthropic) receives, in order to interpret them and answer you: the text and screenshots you send DC Assistant, the names and figures of your accounts and campaigns needed for the answer, the rules you describe, the content of landing pages it reviews, and, in groups, the questions asked and our staff's answers. Our speech-to-text provider (currently Groq) receives voice notes in order to transcribe them. Both act on our instructions under their business terms. We do not send them your password or card details, nor bank details other than what appears on a payment screenshot you send.
- Google and Meta, for the analytics and advertising tags described in section 3.
- Screening services, if we use them, receive only the name or address being checked and return a result.
- The providers who host the Dashboard and deliver our email, including the sign-in codes, invitations and notifications it sends you, under contracts that limit what they may do with the data and how long they may keep it.
- Regulators, courts and law enforcement where the law requires it, and professional advisers under a duty of confidence.
We do not sell personal data for money, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. If you are a California resident: the Meta Pixel and Google tags described in section 3 may count as "sharing" for advertising under California law; you can opt out by blocking those cookies or by writing to us, and we will stop sending your events to Meta.
5. Your Rights
Everyone (PDPO)
You may ask whether we hold personal data about you, ask for a copy of it, and ask us to correct it. Write to the Data Protection Officer at help@dannyclans.com or at the address in section 10; we respond within forty days and may ask you to prove who you are first. We may charge a fee for a copy, which will not be excessive. If we cannot meet an access request we will tell you in writing within forty days and say why. If we decline to correct something because we believe it is accurate, we will say why and attach your version to the record so that anyone reading it sees both. You may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data, Hong Kong SAR.
You can disconnect DC Assistant at any time from Profile → Telegram or with /unlink, remove your Facebook connection with the Disconnect button on the Ad identity page or in your Facebook settings, and ask us to delete your DC Assistant conversation log.
EEA and UK residents (GDPR)
In addition: the rights to erasure, to restrict processing, to data portability, to object, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on it. Our lawful bases are performance of our contract with you, our legal obligations, and our legitimate interest in running the Dashboard safely and measuring our own advertising. You may complain to your local supervisory authority.

In addition: the rights to know what we collect and whether it is sold or shared, to delete, to opt out of sale or sharing, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
Retention periods in section 6 limit erasure: records the law requires us to keep are kept for that period even after a request.
6. Data Retention
- Financial records — deposits, top-ups, clearances, invoices, receipts, statements and the ledger behind them: seven years after the transaction, as tax and company law require.
- Your signed service agreement and the record of your acceptance of our Terms: seven years after your account closes.
- Account information, including your team members' details: while your account is open and for three years after it closes, or after a member is removed.
- Business documents you uploaded: while your account is open and for as long as an application made with them may be questioned by an Advertising Platform, then deleted.
- Campaign information and the creative you uploaded: while your account is open and for one year after it closes. The copies held by the Advertising Platforms are kept under their own policies.
- The Facebook connection: until you disconnect it, or until a week after the token expires, which Meta sets at about sixty days.
- DC Assistant: the conversation log, voice-note transcriptions and the record of each time a rule acted, twelve months; your settings and rules, until you delete them or disconnect. Voice recordings are not stored. Questions and answers learned in groups are kept until we remove them, and contain no account data.
- Sign-in codes and trusted-device records: deleted once they expire.
- The activity log of actions taken in your account, which is part of the audit trail of the financial records: as long as those records.
- Support tickets: three years after they are resolved.
When you close your account we delete or anonymise everything not covered by a period above.
7. Security
Connections are encrypted. Passwords are stored as salted hashes. Two-factor authentication is available to you and your team and required for our staff. Tokens that let us act on your Facebook account are stored encrypted. Uploaded documents and generated agreements are stored outside the public web root and served only to the account they belong to. Staff access is by role and is logged. Bank details on an agreement are visible only to staff who need them to pay refunds.
No system is perfectly secure. If we learn of a breach that affects your data we will tell you without undue delay, what we know and what we are doing, and we will notify the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data where its guidance calls for it. We keep a record of every security incident, whether or not it is reported.
8. Automated Checks and International Transfers
We do not make decisions about you by automated means. DC Assistant uses AI to understand what you ask and to suggest actions, but it acts only on your Confirm tap or on an automation rule you set up yourself, and a rule acts only on your own campaigns in the way you told it to. Our USDT payment provider may apply its own screening to incoming payments, and our card processor to card payments; if a payment is held as a result, a member of our staff reviews it and decides what happens, and you may ask us to reconsider and to explain the outcome.
The Dashboard is hosted on servers we control with an infrastructure provider in Germany, in the European Union. Our card processor operates from the United States and Singapore, our banking provider from Australia, Singapore and Hong Kong SAR, our USDT provider from Hong Kong SAR, and our AI and speech-to-text providers from the United States. Telegram, Google, Meta and the other Advertising Platforms process data in many countries. Where personal data leaves Hong Kong SAR we transfer it only to providers who commit in writing to protect it to a standard equivalent to this policy, or, for the Advertising Platforms and Telegram, when you ask us to use them.
9. Children
The Dashboard and DC Assistant are for businesses and are not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children; if we learn we have, we delete it.
10. Contact Us
Questions and requests about your data, including access and correction requests, go to the Data Protection Officer, Danny Clans Media Limited, S022, 2/F, The Capital, 61–65 Chatham Road South, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong, or by email to help@dannyclans.com.
11. Last Updated
This policy was last updated on 2026-09-26. If we change it in a way that matters we will show you the new version in the Dashboard and ask you to accept it; the version you accepted, and when, is recorded against your account.
